Sika - polyacrylic injection resin Sika Injection-304

Sika Injection-304 is a flexible polyacrylic injection resin with a very low viscosity and a wide, adjustable gel time. The material reacts to form a strong, waterproof, elastic gel with good adhesion to both dry and wet substrates.

• the hardened resin is insoluble in water and hydrocarbons and is resistant to alkalis and acids

Application

• sealing leaking building elements in moist or water-saturated ground
• soil consolidation in non-cohesive with low permeability
• external sealing system (after construction) of the structure, joint in drainage pipes covered with a layer of moist or wet ground (e.g. sealing curtains)

• density: component A1 - about 1.20 kg / dm ³ ; component A2 - about 0.96 kg / dm ³ ; component B - about 1.03 kg / dm ³
• viscosity approx. 7 mPa s (mixture at 20 C)
• ambient and substrate temperature when applying from +5 C to +40 C
• curing time approx. 40 s (with 5% amount of component B at 20 C)
• storage time: product stored in original, unopened and undamaged packaging, in appropriate conditions, it is best to use within 12 months from the date of production
• storage conditions: store the product in original, unopened and undamaged packaging, in dry conditions, at a temperature of +10 C to +35 C
