Sika - injection foam for temporary pads Sika Injection-105RC

Sika Injection-105 RC is a polyurethane injection foam, water-reactive, solvent-free, low viscosity, which, when cured, forms a tight, flexible foam with a fine cellular structure.

Application

Sika Injection-105 RC is used for temporary static and working sealing of cracks, joints and voids in concrete, natural stone, brick, as well as in piling and foundation works. The product is particularly suitable for waterproofing structures where little movement is expected.

• swelling onset of swelling ~ 20 s (from contact with water), end of swelling ~ 80 s - according to PN-EN 14406 at 20 C
• ambient temperature at application from +5 C to +35 C
• substrate temperature during application from +5 C to +35 C
• storage time - material stored in original, undamaged packaging, stored in proper conditions, it is best to use within 24 months from the date of production
• storage conditions - store the material in its original, undamaged packaging, in a cool and dry atmosphere, at temperatures from +5 C to +35 C; protect against sunlight and moisture
