Product description
A new generation membrane that has been designed to provide a vented waterproofing system. The idea was used to introduce an air gap between the moisture insulation and the building structure. The system developed in such a way fulfills much more functions than conventional waterproofing methods. Balancing hydrostatic pressure inside the building, which is eliminated through the air gap used, which in this case acts as a specific safety valve.
Advantages
- Resistance to steam, in the case of Fondaline, is 45 times greater than in standard building polyethylene
- The appearance does not change, regardless of the time and external conditions
- An air gap protects the wall and insulation against pressurized water
- The high mechanical strength of the membrane prevents damage resulting from movement in the field, backfilling the excavation or settlement of buildings in
- Increased ventilation of the internal surfaces allows the structure to dry quickly
- Increased thermal insulation of walls and floors
- Increased resistance to surface vibration
- Easy installation and immediate effect
Application
- External walls
- Inner basement walls
- Arched vaults
- Interior floors
- Additional uses:
- Floor insulation layer
- Green roof (gardening)
- Civil engineering (bridges and tunnels)
- Agriculture (silos and silage chambers)
