EPS 70 040 Styrofoam Facade is intended for insulation in construction in applications transferring low mechanical loads. It is used in thermal insulation:
- walls made using the "light wet" (BSO) or "light dry" method,
- surfaces of skeleton walls,
- crevices of closed or ventilated three-layer walls,
- wreaths, jambs, lintels and other corner places, a thermal bridge will be created,
- balcony loggias,
- layered walls,
- continuous outer layers of skeleton walls,
- wreaths in the formwork method lost to plaster,
- floors from below with the "light wet method",
- reinforced concrete floors,
- steep roofs under and between the rafters.

The standard overall dimensions are 1000 x 500 x thickness [mm]. The range of manufactured thicknesses is 10-100 mm with a 10 mm gradation. Plate finish: smooth or milled overlap edges.
