Xplo High Temperature Materials - insulation putty TA-1400 IZ

• Filling and repairing lining with fibrous and ceramic materials made of brick or refractory concrete
• Bonding material in fibers to various substrates - metal, ceramics etc.
• Gluing together an element in hard structural ceramics
• Gluing material in fibers with each other (mat-mat, plate-plate, mat-plate)

Method of use

• mix before using the putty
• if used as an adhesive, add approx. 5% water to obtain the desired consistency
• apply to cleaned surfaces with a putty knife or brush
• after gluing, the element should wait approx. 60 min. And then dry at a temperature not exceeding 80 C
• then dry the ceramics at a minimum temperature of 110 C with a blower or electric heater for about 3 hours

• Putty is not toxic or harmful to health. should be plenty of water.
• The putty is not flammable and its vapors in the air do not form explosive mixtures.
