Ceresit CS 16 is used for: - sealing and joining in glazing - sealing of window frames when glazing during window production and sealing of display windows, shop windows (joints with masonry, e.g. concrete, brick) - joining of wooden, metal, PVC and coated materials window frames - filling working joints in construction - filling and sealing joints exposed to moisture e.g. wet rooms - filling joints between the glaze and other elements e.g. frames, posts, etc. Ceresit CS 16 has high adhesion to many poorly absorbable materials, e.g. glass, acrylic, ceramic cladding and clinker; metals, e.g. aluminum, polycarbonate, steel, zinc or copper; impregnated, varnished or painted wood; plastics, e.g. PVC, polyester, polyacrylic. Silicone Neutral Ceresit CS 16 in contact with natural stone can cause discoloration and stains. It is also not recommended for sealing aquariums and components that are used underwater.
