Sika - SikaRepair-20F leveling repair mortar

Ready, one-component polymer-cement mortar (PCC), containing microsilica, reinforced with synthetic fibers. It is a repair and conditioning mortar for filling defects in concrete with or without the Sika Repair-10 F bonding layer. The mortar can be applied by hand or by wet spraying.

Application

• structural and non-structural repairs by manual method concrete in environment exposed to increased aggression, e.g. in general construction, hydrotechnical construction: dams, dams, reservoirs, channels, sewage treatment plants in, according to the industry: shafts, pavements, underground workings
• suitable for repair work (principle 3, methods 3.1 and 3.2 of PN-EN 1504-9) - repairing peeled or damaged concrete in buildings and other reinforced concrete structures (manual application of repair mortar, application of a mortar layer)
• suitable for structural reinforcement (principle 4, method 4.4 of PN-EN 1504-9) - increasing the load-bearing capacity of the concrete structure by adding a mortar layer
• suitable for maintaining or restoring passivity (principle 7, method 7.1 and 7.2 of PN-EN 1504-9) - increasing the thickness of the reinforcement cover and replacing damaged or carbonated concrete
• in the Sika Repair F concrete repair system, Sika Repair-20 F is intended for local filling of defects in layers up to 3 cm thick and for leveling concrete surfaces in layers with a thickness of 0.5 to 1.5 cm
• application without the use of a tack coat; in special cases, the bonding layer may turn out to be technologically necessary, e.g. on smooth surfaces, in an overhang and ceiling position under dynamic loads, such as vibrations, vehicle runs, thermal shocks, etc. as the bonding layer, then Sika Repair should be used - 10 F
