Sika - corrosion protection of the SikaRepair-10F reinforcement

One-component cement-polymer mortar (PCC / SPCC) containing microsilica. The product is intended to create protective layers for exposed reinforcement and bonding layers in the Sika Repair F system.

Application

• anti-corrosion coating on reinforcing steel
• bonding layer between the substrate and the repair mortar
• protection of the anode area (principle 11, method 11.1 of the PN-EN 1504-9 standard)

• maximum grain size D _max 0.4 mm
• content of soluble ions in chloride ≤ 0.05% (according to PN-EN 1015-17)
• modulus of elasticity in compression ~ 18 GPa (according to PN-EN 13412)
• peel strength ~ 2.7 MPa (according to PN-EN 1542)
• thermal compatibility, part 1: freeze-thaw ~ 2.4 MPa (according to PN-EN 13687-1)
• Corrosion test passes - no corrosion (according to PN-EN 15183)
• Sika Repair-10 F mixing ratio: water - 100: 20 by weight 5 liters in water for 1 bag of 25 kg
• consumption: corrosion protection of reinforcement about 1.7 kg / m ² ; bonding layer 1.7-3.4 kg / m ²
• layer thickness from 1 mm to 2 mm
• substrate and ambient temperature during application from +5 C to +30 C
• suitability for use ~ 60 min (at a temperature of +20 C)
• storage conditions: store in a dry room, in closed and undamaged packages; protect from moisture; best to use within 6 months from the production date
