Prodmax - double-walled insulated heat resistant chimney system - plate condenser
Heat-resistant condenser with plate is used to drain condensate, at the same time it is a support for the chimney.
Insulated heat-resistant chimneys are used for the construction of free-standing chimneys to remove flue gases from wood-fired heating devices. The chimney made in this technology is a stand-alone structure, not requiring the use of conventional ceramic material.
The inner chimney jacket in double-walled is made of acid-resistant chromium-nickel sheets of grade 1.4828 according to DIN 17441 with a thickness of 1.0 [mm], the outer jacket is made of acid-resistant steel 1.4301, thickness 0.5 - 0.6 [mm], the thermal insulation is 70 [mm].
In addition to standard elements such as a trowel, pipe or cleanout, there are also those that are only used together with insulated chimneys. Those are:
- Chimney bracket - used to support the structure of the entire chimney
- Condenser with a plate - the first element mounted on a bracket (plate with a condensate bowl.
- Adjustable clamp - clamp clamping the chimney to the wall with the possibility of adjustment.
- Mouthpiece - top of the chimney. Prevents rainfall from getting in to the insulation layer between the coats.
Roof passage (manufactured at the right angle specified by the customer) - used when it is necessary to route the chimney through the roof and secure the openings so that precipitation does not seep inside.
