Ceresit - silicone tile and joint impregnation CT 10

Seals joints and protects ceramic and stone tiles as well as concrete substrates. Reduces water absorption, prevents dirt and inhibits mold growth. Impregnation agent is vapor-permeable, does not contain any solvents. Recommended for use on balconies, terraces, bathrooms and shower cabins. Fast drying. Rain resistance after 2 to 6 hours The impregnate is colorless, although sealed substrates can get a more intense color and a slight gloss.

Technical data

• Color: milky white, after drying the impregnate is transparent,
• Effectiveness: full operation after approx. 14 days for a period of approx. 1-2 years (depending on the quantity of CT 10 applied, porosity of the substrate and operating conditions),
• Water absorption coefficient: below 0.5 kg / m2h1 / 2,
• The possibility of applying coatings: after approx. 6 months,
• Approximate consumption: from 0.15 to 0.25 l / m2 depending on the absorbability of the substrate. In order to determine the exact consumption, it is recommended to carry out an application test,
• The product has a hygienic certificate of the National Institute of Hygiene HK / B / 0329/02/9.
