Soudal - hybrid sealant Soudaseal 260 CC

Flexible adhesive - a hybrid viscous sealant with high viscosity, extended open time and maximum bonding strength quickly achieved. After curing, it provides very high bond strength to shear and break.

Application:

• Connections in the automotive industry, bus covers and caravans for the production
• Bonding of plastics and metal during car body construction
• Bonding of plastics, metal and wood in the shipbuilding industry
• Structural bonding of metals, laminate and plastics (except Teflon, PE and PP), all types of wood in places exposed to high dynamic loads
• Structural connections requiring subsequent painting
• Sealing welds and joints of metal sheets
• Making vibration absorbing connections.

Features:

• Long open time (30 min) enabling the application of glue on very large surfaces
• Resistant to temperatures occurring in industrial painting lines
• Does not contain solvent, isocyanate and silicone
• It is easy to apply and process even at low temperatures or in high humidity
• No primer required on most substrates (except for applications that have permanent contact with water)
• Resistant to weather conditions and UV radiation.
