Self-adjusting SWING chimney cowl ( Rotowent swing open square base ) is a device that dynamically uses wind power to support the chimney draft. Regardless of the direction, strength and type of wind, the hubcap outlet is positioned on the leeward side of the blowing wind covering the chimney flue outlet. It is mounted on gravity, flue and smoke chimney ventilation ducts. The cap popular in Poland is available in the highest quality of DARCO.

Application

• to support gravity exhaust ventilation and draft in flue and smoke chimneys
• when there are air swirls at the chimney outlet caused by its unfavorable location
• with unfavorable terrain configuration, strong and frequent winds (wind zone II and III)
• when there is no stabilized chimney draft or it is too small
