Chimney connections are made of black steel sheets, grade DC01, 2.0 [mm] thick. They are used as connections for the discharge of exhaust gases from the fireplace and solid fuel heating devices (operating without condensation), where the exhaust gas temperature can reach 1000 [C]. The connections of the element should be sealed with a special silicone compound - resistant up to a temperature of 1200 [C].
