AFS - AL SD flexible pipe insulated

Thermally insulated flexible duct, specially designed for the needs of the fireplace and ventilation installations market. Due to temperature resistance up to +250 C and total non-flammability, it is suitable for distribution of hot air, in gravity and DGP installations. It dampens system vibrations, reduces the need for fittings. Is thermally insulating. 25mm thick mineral wool insulation guarantees minimal heat loss. The aluminum outer jacket is reinforced with fiberglass mesh and polyester foil, ensuring insulation protection during laying. The inner jacket is made of a double aluminum layer, reinforced with steel spiral wire, ensuring safety and proper durability.

The inner jacket has no perforation, which results in lower airflow resistance and protects the insulation against soaking (in conduits located in cool places, e.g. in the attic, attic or elbow walls, precipitation (condensation) of condensate (water) may occur - as a consequence, the insulation soaking and loss thermal properties of ducts in fireplace). Temperature range: from -30 C to +250 C, which is enough to distribute hot air from the fireplace.
