Bolix - adhesive for mineral wool Bolix ZW

It is used for gluing mineral wool boards when insulating the external walls of buildings in the technology of a seamless thermal insulation system. Used in thermal insulation systems based on facade mineral wool panels with disturbed fiber arrangement, parallel to the panel surface (laminar) and perpendicular (lamella wool).
WARNING! BOLIX ZW glue is used only for gluing mineral wool boards! To make the layer reinforced with fiberglass mesh, use BOLIX WM adhesive mortar.

• Consumption of adhesive mortar on a properly prepared substrate when building insulation:
• when bonding mineral wool facade panels with a disturbed and parallel (laminar) fiber system, approx. 4.0 kg / m2
• when gluing mineral wool lamella boards is approx. 5.0 kg / m2
• In order to accurately determine the product consumption on a given substrate, it is recommended to carry out appropriate tests.
• composition: BOLIX ZW glue is a dry mixture of hydraulic binders, polymer, base of fine-grained mineral fillers and modifying additives.
